Senior scholarships
2026 Scholarship application criteria:
- An Athlete's family member must be a current Athletic Booster member. You can become an Athletic Booster member here.
- Athlete must be a senior at SRVHS planning on attending college after graduation.
- Athlete must have been a SRVHS sports team member in good standing for 2 years.
- Athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (grades 9-12).
Process:
- Athlete will complete the application and essay and submit the online application. Please see link to the right.
- One letter of reference from a coach (high school or club) must be emailed according to the details on the application by the application due date.
- Athletic Director will verify the Athlete’s GPA.
- A Scholarship Selection Committee will review all applicant submissions and select the winners. Each individual is scored anonymously.
- No Selection Committee member should have a senior student eligible for the award.
- Winners will be announced at Senior Awards night.
- Application due by 5:00 pm on April 17, 2026.
- Awards: Ten $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to the individuals who most clearly demonstrate strength in the areas of leadership, sportsmanship, dedication to sport and team, and service to SRVHS and the community. While our intent is to award a scholarship to a male and female athlete, the scholarships will be awarded with consideration to qualifications and not gender.
