College Tours
COLLEGE TOURS: College visits are unexcused until a post documentation* (no photos) is submitted within two (2) days per AR5113** upon the student's return:
- In-State visits - 1 day excused with post documentation* verifying student attended the tour.
- Out of State visits - 2 days excused with post documentation* verifying student attended the tour.
Documentation Accepted:
- *Confirmation of the completed visit/tour on school letterhead with the name of the student and the date of the tour
- *Email survey sent to the student after their visit to take a survey
- *Email from the school to the student acknowledging the visit from a staff member with a .edu email address
Documentation Not Accepted:
- Photos
- Plane Tickets
- Itinerary
- Registration or confirmation of registration
- Pamphlets
