If you received a notification that your student was marked absent for a class they attended then this form is required to correct it within 2 school days after an absence recording per *AR5113. Parents cannot clear these types of absences, please no calls.
This form is a student initiated form.
Students, please complete this Teacher Absent Clear Form (TAC) within two (2) school days after the absence recording per *AR 5113. Unfortunately, attendance cannot override a teacher's recording without confirmation from the teacher and the TAC form. This discrepancy cannot be corrected without this form.
Please make sure that you see this check mark and an email from Informed K12 after you have submitted this form. If you didn't see the check mark and didn't get an email, your form did not go through and will not be processed.
