Teacher Absent Clear Form (TAC)

If you received a notification that your student was marked absent for a class they attended then this form is required to correct it within 2 school days per AR5113.

This form is a student initiated form.

Students, please complete this Teacher Absent Clear Form (TAC) within two (2) school days per AR 5113. Unfortunately, attendance cannot override a teacher's recording without confirmation from the teacher. Parents, there is no need to call this absence in as we will cannot correct these without the form. Parents cannot clear these types of absences.

Please make sure that you see this check mark and an email from Informed K12 after you have submitted this form. If you didn't see the check mark and didn't get an email, your form did not go through and will not be processed.

All students must follow their schedule and attend all classes listed on their schedule, including Student Support. You can view your student's absence on Infinite Campus Parent Portal - click here along with the email that was sent out with the auto absence notification.
