Office hours are 7:30am. to 4:00pm. on school days. Please report all PARTIAL DAY and FULL DAY absences by 9:00am to be cleared before the automated phone call at 10:00am. You will reach a recorded line. Our Attendance Team retrieves messages continuously.

There are NO personal item drop-offs at the SRVHS office. Items (electronics, lunch, homework, sports gear etc.) may be left at the drop-off table on the south side of the Main Gym outside of the Administration building or arrange to meet your student during brunch or lunch. This table is not monitored and the site is not responsible for items left here.

Appointments are required for all campus visits. Please make arrangements directly with the staff member via email or telephone in advance ( See the Staff Directory for contact details). Staff will notify the front desk of your arrival. You will need to sign in with a photo ID and obtain a visitor badge. If your visit is to a classroom, you may be escorted to that location.

If you need to visit campus for any reason, please park in one of the marked visitor spaces in the front pool/gym parking lot (Lot A) and submit a Visitor Parking Pass form located in the front office when you sign in to avoid being ticketed.
