It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to correct all absences with the attendance office per AR 5113 via a telephone call. Emails are not permitted.
**AR 5113 States that all absences which are not cleared within two (2) days after a student's return to school shall be recorded as unexcused (CUT). (see Truancy)
San Ramon Valley High School is a closed campus.
All students are required to have their student I.D. on their person while in order to sign in or out during school hours.
There is a fee of $10.00 for ID replacement. Please see the Financial Analyst, Katy Power.

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED
Parents are not allowed to visit teachers or classrooms without an appointment. Please make arrangements with the teacher directly via email or telephone. Teachers will notify us of the appointment so we can be expecting you when you arrive. You will need to sign in at the front desk at the Attendance Office and obtain a Visitor's Badge before going on campus.
