NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Current School Year: To enroll a student, visit the SRVUSD website and complete an online enrollment application. Once you have completed the application, contact the Registrar for next steps.
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Former Student: Available for $5 from the SRVHS Webstore.
Once your Webstore order is complete, send the following to kogrady@srvusd.net
- Copy of Webstore receipt
- Picture of photo ID
Transcript orders are processed in 24-48 hours
Current Student: Submit the Transcript request form
Class of 2026 Seniors Needing Transcripts for College: You recently completed the SchooLinks Senior Survey. Your transcript will be sent in mid June to the college you indicated.
*Note: If you have changed your college of attendance, email the Registrar.
NON-DISTRICT COURSEWORK
Please read the NDC policy and then follow the steps and meet all deadlines in order to post courses to the SRVHS transcript. Visit the Summer Advancement page for summer-specific information
Step 1: Complete the Non-District Course Intent form
Step 2: Submit an official transcript before the deadline
Step 3: Submit the Application to Place Credit form before the deadline
2026/27 Deadlines
Summer Advancement- August 10, 2026
(for students advancing over the summer to a higher level course at SRV in the fall)
Summer courses- September 4, 2026
Fall courses- January 8, 2027
Spring courses- May 21, 2027
For 9th-11th graders taking a Community College course whose term ends later in May, the deadline is extended to May 28, 2027
When will my course be posted to my SRVHS transcript?
Summer courses:
Seniors: by September 15th
Juniors & Sophomores: by September 30th
Freshmen: by October 15th
Fall courses:
Seniors: by late January
All other grades: by late February
Spring courses:
Seniors: by late May
All other grades: by late June
