Lockers
Lockers are located in the D Building. Please only request a locker if you plan to use it throughout the school year. Supply is limited and we want only the students that will use a locker to request one. Lockers are OPTIONAL.
Lockers are requested by filling out this form. The locker request form will only accept SRVUSD student email accounts. New students to SRVUSD can apply starting August 14th when their SRVUSD email is activated. Students will be able to view their locker assignments and combinations on the Locker tab in the students' Infinite Campus portal starting on Aug. 14th or 24 hours (1 school day) after submission of a request after August 14th.
